EpsonNet Authentication Print

Epson brings technology on Laser Printers to protect your intellectual property or confidential documents when you print them out.

Compatible with most of the Epson Laser printer models, the EpsonNet Authentication Print ensures that documents are only delivered to people who identify themselves by swiping their personal card on the device.

PIN code security for authorized users

To make sure confidential print outs will not fall into unauthorized hands, you can secure the print job using a PIN number. You can apply such a code to your print job when sending it to the printer’s Hard Disk Drive. When you go to the printer, you enter your PIN number to release the print job.

Epson Print server IP limitation

Epson latest print server supports IP filtering to secure printer access over the network. Easy to setup thanks to EpsonNet Config, IT managers can allow or deny access to the printer by defining up to 16 lists of IP addresses.
