With the AcuLaser CX11N the following additional software is also included:
• Presto! PageManager: Simplified management of your photos and documents. Scan, perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR), preview your documents. Use the handy Push-Scan function with which you can automatically scan documents from the scanner to your PC, without manually launching any program on your computer.
• Business Photo Index Print: A utility for printing the photo index of a directory. Business Photo Index Print creates and pages with small photo samples of your pictures, arranged in a handy format for quick reference and indexing.
• Presto! BizCard: Scan business cards, perform automatic character recognition, and create a database of your contacts.
• Creativity Suite: A useful bundle of imaging applications: Scan-to-Email, Epson File Manager, Image Clip Palette (organize scanned images), Scan Assistant.

With the GT15000 and Paperport 8.0 Deluxe (included with the scanner) you can scan, store, organize, retrieve and use paper documents.

Electronic Forms

Epson Laser printers let you easily print documents you need for daily business use. Through the Epson ESC/Page printer driver, you can easily create and access your templates: Company letterheads, invoice/PurchaseOrder forms, any document that require pictures, signatures or standardized layout.

On top of this simple and straightforward capability, adding an optional Hard Disk Drive to your Epson laser printer lets you access several options to extend your printing capabilities, such as fast printing and low network load.

Thanks to the Thumbnails, using EpsonNet Config (Web), you can easily manage your form overlays.

PrintShop Mail is a professional software tool that optimizes the process of merging variable database information into standard design templates. Fast, efficient and very easy to use.

One of the reasons for PrintShop Mail's popularity is the core technology, to separate the variables (non-reusable elements) from the static portion (reusable element) of the print job. Because the static portion does not need to be re-RIPed (re-processed), the spooling time is greatly reduced. This means there is no network congestion and it allows the PostScript Printer to print at or near rated speed!
